Today was rather boring woke up lateish slowly got ready to go view this house in semaphore...Left home at about 3pm as the viewing was at 5pm i got there quite early like 4pm lol so while i was waiting it decided to bloody rain didn't it grr was not happy and i was not going to go on the property to get shelter so we had to stand under a tree for 30mins...The lady finally showed up and no one else did apprently they haven't had many people interested so that sorta works in my advantage but the lady did say that it was first in best dressed...So i told her i would get back the applications via fax tomorrow and hopefully they will call our references and we get the place. The first place is looked at was beautiful all floor boards except for lounge room and laundry..The laundry and bathroom were downstairs and he entrance to the backyard was down there too...The windows were huge, the rooms were a decent size too...The Kitchen was basically new had a dishwasher YAY!!! the place was just really nice and i would love to live in that place because its a huge jump from where i have been living in the past...The rent is $290 a week which is very good so i will be putting my app in and hoping for the best. Only issue would be coming up with the bond so quickly. Oh well fingers crossed!!

Not much else to say really other than im feeling ok abit lonely because of spike being at work but we need the money so yeah
